An energy healer’s formula for Natural and Permanent Weight Loss

Guys, I feel like I have finally cracked the code for natural permanent weight loss! I’m already 55lbs lighter (and counting) in the last six months since applying this formula. I am ready to share my secrets with you!

Wait, what?

Yep, you read that right.  I bet that goes against everything you have ever heard about losing weight, but hear me out!  Dieting, restricting calories, and denying yourself your favorite foods has done nothing but hurt you; physically, mentally and emotionally.

Many of you may still be recovering from “diet trauma” in which you are currently experiencing the phases of rebounding from a restrictive diet. I’m so sorry if that’s the case. I am also a recovering ex yo-yo dieter. It is not ‘you’ who failed at the diet, it is the diet that failed you!

Diets are NOT sustainable!  This is why you must reject the diet mentality if you really want to lose weight permanently.

Diets don’t work because they require that you restrict calories or forbid yourself from eating certain foods like carbs, fats and sweets. Well doing so may help you lose weight temporarily but what is really happening is that you are building up to a binge eating episode that can only result in regaining all the weight you lost prior; sometimes even more than that.

Diets trigger a very sensitive primal deprivation response deep within our brain.  When one of our most basic needs for survival (food) is being restricted or controlled by an outside force, it will always cause us to gasp for food just as we would gasp for air after holding our breath under water.

It is TOTALLY  possible to Lose weight and maintain a natural lean weight without restricting calories, diet rules or even excessive exercise routines!

But before I get ahead of myself can we all just agree that diets are HELL and we will no longer subject ourselves to that madness ever again?

Eating within the appropriate boundaries of true hunger and polite fullness, your body will naturally guide you to consume the appropriate calories necessary for your body’s ideal weight.

Your body knows what your ideal weight is! It is very aware of the excess fat reserves on your body and wants to be thin more than you do.  If you listen closely it will guide you to it through these subtle cues of true hunger and polite fullness.

This is how naturally thin people eat what ever they want and stay thin! They are still very much in-tune with their body’s physiological hunger and fullness cues that helps them manage their weight.
